Overview
Algebra is the main mathematics focus for 2006-07. Associates will analyze sample curriculum for coherence, lesson plans, assessment tasks, and/or student work on the topic. Teachers will examine and analyze their own curriculum, instructional materials, and/or instructional practices in relation to the samples presented. Building or district reports and action plans will be developed to address areas of need. Plans will be shared with PROM/SE mathematics pd team for review and feedback (via Virtual Professional Development).
