LessonLab Courses

PROM/SE Offers LessonLab Courses

PROM/SE, in partnership with LessonLab, is offering online “Break Through Math” courses at no cost to teachers, Associates and principals in PROM/SE districts. We encourage you to sign up and invite a building colleague to join you. Register at http://orders.lessonlab.com/msu.htm. Courses include:

  • Numbers and Numeration, grade K-2
  • Concepts of Measurement, grade K-2
  • Fraction Concepts, grade 3-5
  • Geometric Shapes and Solids, grade 3-5
  • Ratio and Proportion, grade 6-8
  • Solving Equations, grade 6-8
  • Statistics, Data Analysis, Probability, grade 6-8

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants per course and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Course selections vary each session and will not be available on the website after the registration deadline. You must register by the deadline to take the course. Each course runs about six weeks and involves 30 hours of work. Course participants will need a computer with Internet access and a CD-ROM drive. You must supply a street address, not a P.O. Box, and phone number in order for LessonLab to ship course materials to you before the beginning of the course.
